Fast, Reliable Delivery

We offer free ground shipping within the U.S. for Moment Members on orders over $50. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days, with 95%+ arriving on time. Certain locations and items do not qualify for free shipping, and certain items may require an additional charge.

US Duties

Some items being brought into the United States are subject to import tariffs/duties. This tax allows us to transparently charge the exact costs per product it takes to ship/import from one location in the world to another rather than increase the prices of the products for everyone.

We're working hard to reduce these costs and hope these tariffs go away.

Shipping Costs

The shipping line at checkout shows the exact costs we receive from our postal carriers to ship you your gear. For orders in the US over $50, we pay this price for Moment Members.

The costs are calculated based on your shipping address, the weight of the gear/package, and from where the items your ordering are coming from.

Need it sooner?

Express shipping is available at checkout dependent on product and shipping address, though carrier delays can happen. We’re unable to guarantee express delivery dates and express delays will not be eligible for refunds.

Orders ship within one business day. 

Backorder/Pre-order Products

Shipping begins after the products you ordered are fully available. If you ordered a product with a backorder or pre-order status, check the availability date for the best estimate of when your order could start shipping
